  • ¾ stick butter-  3/4 bâton de beurre 
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup - 1/3 tasse de sirop d'érable 
  • 1 tablespoon whiskey - 1 cuillere a soupe de fouet 
  • 1 tablespoon brewed coffee - 1 cuillère à soupe de café infusé 
  • 1 tablespoon water-  1 cuillère à soupe d'eau
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg - 1/4 cuillère à café de muscade moulue 
  • 1 large egg - 1 œuf large
  • Salt - Sel  


Pudding 

  • 8 slices of bread - 8 tranches de pan 
  • ¾ cup raisins-  3/4 tasse de raisins secs 
  • ½ cup dried apricots (chopped)-  1/2 tasse d'abricots secs (hachés) 
  • ¼ cup marshmallows (chopped) - 1/4 tasse de guimauves (hachées) 
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon - 1 cuillère à café de cannelle moulue 
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg-  1/4 cuillère à café de muscade moulue 
  • ½ cup oat milk - 1/2 tasse de lait d'avoine 
  • 4 large eggs - 4 gros oeufs 
  • ¼ cup sugar - ¼ tasse de sucre 
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla - 1 cuillere a café de vanille 
  • 1 tablespoon whiskey - 1 cuillere a soupe de fouet 
  • 1 cup hemp milk (unsweetened) - 1 tasse de lait de chanvre (non sucre) 
  • 1 tablespoon butter - 1 cuillere a soupe de beurre 
  • Confectioner’s sugar - Sucre de confiserie 
  • Salt - Sel
