 I made these peach cobbler cupcakes using fresh peaches and homemade cornbread. it's a great tasting variation on the classic peach cobbler dessert and made into cupcakes!

So good!

Ingredients

Ingrédients

  • 4-5 peaches 4-5 - pêches 
  • 1 lemon - 1 citron 
  • 1 stick butter - 1 bâton de beurre 
  • ½ cup sugar - 1/2 tasse de sucre 
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour - 1 1/4 tasse de farine tout usage 
  • ¾ cup quick-cooking polenta - 3/4 tasse de polenta à cuisson rapide 
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch - 2 cuillères à soupe de fécule de maïs 
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut (sweetened) - 1/3 tasse de noix de coco râpée (sucrée) 
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk - 1/3 tasse de babeurre 
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder - 1 cuillère à soupe de levure chimique 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla - 1 cuillère à café de vanilla 
  • ½ teaspoon pie spice blend - 1/2 cuillère à café de mélange d'épices à tarte 
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream - 3 cuillères à soupe de crème sure 
  • Salt - Sel
