• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon - 1 cuillère à café de cannelle moulue 
• 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg - 1/8 cuillère à café de muscade moulue
• ¼ teaspoon ground ginger - ¼ cuillère à café de gingembre moulu 
• ½ teaspoon baking soda - 1/2 cuillère à café de bicarbonate de soude  
• 1/3 cup dried shredded coconut - 1/3 tasse de noix de coco râpée séchée 
• 1/3 cup walnuts - 1/3 tasse de noix
• 2 cups grated carrots (about 3 carrots) - 2 tasses de carottes râpées (environ 3 carottes) 
• ¼ cup dried coconut powder - 1/4 tasse de poudre de noix de coco séchée 
• 1 ¼ cups self-rising flour - 1 1/4 tasse de farine auto-levante 
• 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour - 1 cuillère à soupe de farine tout usage 
• ½ cup sugar  - ½ tasse de sucre
• 5 tablespoons butter - 5 cuilleres a soupe de beurre 
• 2 large eggs - 2 gros oeufs 
• 4 oz cream cheese - 4 onces de fromage à la crème 
• 2/3 cup confectioners’ sugar - 2/3 tasse de sucre à glacer
